Kobelco has been at the fore-front of intregrating the latest technologies to stay ahead of the plant equipment market. GeoScan, their remote fleet tracking and management system, is one of the many systems they have developed to stay ahead and Kobelco excavator owners should know how beneficial this system can be to the success of their businesses.  

Step 1:

Retrieve the email sent to you by Kobelco which contains your ID and temporary password. This email would have been sent to you shortly after the delivery of your Kobelco excavator.

Your ID and Password will look like this:
ID:    S5327P00001 (example only)
PW:  S5327P00001 (example only)

Step 2:
Visit https://www.kobelco-kenki.com/gmerit/

Step 3:
Click the option to change your password after login. Follow the prompts to change your password and once this is completed click the link above again to login.

Step 4:
Click on the Settings tab in the top right hand corner to register your email address to receive notifications for your machine. Once you click into settings this will be the first option to select from.
