Maximum throughput, minimum losses

The cutter bar and centre‑pivot suspension deliver consistent ground pressure and “floating” travel for a clean, even cut—reducing crude ash ingress and protecting forage quality.

Perfect overlap—automatically

Hydraulic cylinders integrated into the booms shift the cutter bars laterally, maintaining overlap as terrain or steering angle changes. Optional automatic ground-pressure adjustment links the weight alleviation to working width for soil protection, reduced wear, and lower fuel use.

Smarter driveline

PÖTTINGER’s Y‑DRIVE reverses the output shaft side to use longer, straighter PTO shafts—less angle, smoother operation, more durability, especially at headlands.

Flexible swath management

Choose ED or RC conditioning and add COLLECTOR cross conveyor or CROSS FLOW auger to merge swaths cleanly for faster collection and reduced passes.

  • COLLECTOR cross conveyor belt and CROSS FLOW auger options to merge swaths, reduce raking passes, and optimise baler/forager utilisation.

Operator Safety & Protection

  • Collision safety (NONSTOP LIFT on related V-series platforms) protects the cutter bar—folding back and lifting the boom to avoid damage at speed.
  • Hydraulic transport fold to 92° and lock; compact transport width for safer road travel.
